ThinkCenter M70q Thermal Issue
I noticed that my server’s fan keep ramping up whenever I do tasks on the VMs in said machine, and I see that the temperature ramps up to around >= 80 degrees Celsius which could be an issue with the thermal paste:

The above is simulated load by running the following command on the PVE machine:
stress --cpu 10
I got myself a Noctua NH-2 3.5g thermal paste and I would like to install this on the CPU but couldn’t get the chance as I don’t know how to do it.
